I never understood the fascination with sasquatch. Supposing a SQUATCH, Yeti, or whatever existed, what's the point of chasing them around? Just to say you saw it? It seems pointless when you can go to Africa and look at gigantic silverback gorillas. They're kind of the same thing. Is it just a "I found it first" sort of thing?
This movie is a Blair Witch style found footage ... mess. I mean, it has pretty much the exact plot of the Blair Witch Project, but replace a witch with a sasquatch. What is the point of making this? It's even funnier because it's directed by Bobcat Goldthwait. Wtf.
The acting is fine, but there is nothing here to give you anything new. They even get lost and go in circles in the woods after locals tell them to get out. The woman gets pissed, the guy says she's overreacting. Hey, that sounds familiar. The only real difference is that something is howling at them while they walk about. Ugh. And despite this movie only being 79 minutes, it feels like eternity.

Want to watch a found footage movie that started all this nonsense? Go watch the Blair Witch Project (1999). Skip this.
