Let's get this out of the way first. Kristy Swanson is one of those people who you look at like "how can someone so beautiful be so broken?" She's a big ol' MAGA freak. Understand that I know this and think it's absurd before I go on.

This movie is LOADED with actors. Donald Sutherland, Rutger Hauer, Peewee Herman, Hillary Swank, David Arquette, Natasha Gregson Wagner, Luke Perry, Stephen Root... even Ben Affleck makes a cameo! But this movie is super campy so I wouldn't say anyone is particularly good at what they're doing here. The dialogue as a whole is so early 90s. That's the sitch, geek. I never heard anyone talk like this outside of movies, but it's littered with horrible slang.

The music also blows and is super dated. Thematically, I don't think it fits well at all. This movie is clearly a comedy though it's not laugh-out-loud or slapstick, it's more like a sitcom in a way. The music is like ... mall music throughout. No matter the situation, it's the same mall music. Not even good or memorable songs. This soundtrack must've cost them about $13.95 in today's dollars.

It's also worth noting that if you've seen the TV show at all, this movie is very different in tone than the show. I don't know who is better in terms of on-screen fighting skill between SMG and Kristy Swanson, but I know that when I think of Buffy, I always think of SMG. And as far as I know, she's not some MAGA chud, so I prefer to continue thinking of her instead.

Meh, it's not really good. It's not really that bad either.
