What an odd movie. I suppose from the poster you know EXACTLY what you're getting. Maybe? I guess you could look at it and think "is this like Dolls? Or maybe Demonic Toys? Puppet Master??" It's not really like any of them though. It's not fun, it's not goofy, it's not entertaining.
I cannot believe they made not only ONE sequel but multiple to this goofy movie. They really play the DEMONS thing straight, but in this case it's like they're not even IN the doll, they're just manipulating it somehow. BUT the doll itself is not what is actually doing much, you just see it appear here and there. It's weird that they decided to make it about the doll when it's not doing anything. What's funny about this is that there are doors slamming, books falling out of cases, all sorts of more dangerous stuff, yet the DOLL gets all of the credit?
And why does the woman being a cultist and bleeding into the doll even matter if nothing is possessing it? This makes no sense.

No. This movie is flat out BORING and bad.
