Hi, I’m Johnny Knoxville. Welcome to .. wait a minute. Alexandra Daddario stars in this predictable movie that seems like it wants to be comedy-horror but never actually gets any comedy? Maybe it doesn’t mean to be, but it feels like it’s borderline. The cast is fine, the acting is decent, but the story itself is a bit too goofy. You get a sense of what is going to happen relatively early on and it doesn’t deviate from that.
If you’re looking for an Alexandra Daddario movie or just like looking at pretty girls, it’s not bad. As a horror movie, it sits right down the middle of being consistently mediocre. Hail Satan!
